PASSENGERS on a Northbound MRT-3 train were unloaded at Boni Station at 6:30 PM today, November 27, 2025, due to a door failure occurring between Guadalupe and Boni Stations, according to an advisory released by the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
The incident caused disruption for commuters during the evening rush hour. Affected passengers were transferred to the next available train to continue their journey.
The DOTr stated that a maintenance team has been deployed to the site to investigate the cause of the door failure and conduct necessary repairs. The agency apologized for the inconvenience caused to passengers.
