AS the House of Representatives resumes session today, Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III called on his colleagues to set aside divisive politics and focus their time and energy on public service and on delivering meaningful results for the Filipino people.
He also urged them to confront long-standing political reforms head-on, including the proposed anti-political dynasty law, emphasizing that genuine change demands courage, honesty, and sincerity.
In line with these reforms, Speaker Dy also announced the development of the “House Book” app, a key component of the House of Representatives’ shift to blockchain-enabled, fully digital processes aimed at making congressional work more transparent, accessible, and accountable to the public.
