FORMER senator Antonio Trillanes IV said he is exploring legal options against former president Rodrigo Duterte following the Supreme Court’s ruling that the revocation of his amnesty by the previous administration was unconstitutional.
Trillanes IV is deciding on what kind of legal action he can file against Duterte for his amnesty revocation.
Trillanes, in an ABS-CBN report, said his camp is just waiting to receive the Supreme Court decision before he takes further action.
The former lawmaker said that he also wants to make sure that what happened to him would not happen to anybody else.
“Nagpapasalamat po tayo sa ating Korte Suprema dahil itinaguyod nila kung ano ang tama at tayo rin ay masaya at under the Marcos adminsitration ay nagkakaroon ng democratic space at lumalakas at nagiging independent muli ang ating hudikatura,” he said.
