CAMP GEN. EFIGENIO NAVARRO, Calapan City- A two-day Enhanced A.L.E.R.T.O. Strategic Planning and Implementation Workshop was successfully concluded among PNP members of MIMAROPA.
PBGen. Jovendio Badua, Jr Regional Director of PRO MIMAROPA, was represented by PBGen Melencio Buslig, Jr. Assistant RD, as keynote speaker, held at the Hinirang Hall, RHQ Building, Camp BGen Efigenio C. Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, on November 15.
In his message read for him by Gen. Buslig, “Gen. Badua underscored that A.L.E.R.T.O. is a mindset of readiness, discipline, and integrity that must guide the daily performance of PNP personnel.”
He also emphasized the importance of strengthened convergence among Operations, Intelligence, Investigation, Police Community Relations, and Public Information to ensure coordinated, responsive, and mission-driven policing across the region.
“ALERTO calls us to think strategically, act decisively, and serve with integrity. Today is a call for us to strengthen our commitment and uphold the standards that this strategic agenda demands,” the Ilokano general pointed out.
“What we have started here will translate into improved field performance—through quicker response, stronger presence in our communities, and better coordination among our units as we fulfill our mandate,” he added.
The activity reaffirms PRO MIMAROPA’s dedication to sustaining a strategic, proactive, and community-trusted police service through enhanced operational readiness, organizational synergy, and results-oriented leadership.
