Camp BGen EFIGENIO NAVARRO, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – A 39-year-old former NPA rebel has voluntarily surrendered to the personnel of 404th B MC RMFB in Brgy. Poblacion, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
The police report received by B/Gen. Jovencio Badua, Jr. MIMAROPA police director, showed that that at about 11:30 AM, “Ka Cris”, 39, a former member of NPA in the Barrios under KLG ICM (Ignacio Claveria Magadia), SRMA-4D, STRPC, voluntarily surrendered with one (1) piece M203 (40mm) ammunition to the personnel of 404th B MC RMFB, with assistance from the elements of Puerto Galera MPS, San Teodoro MPS, Baco MPS, Victoria MPS, Socorro MPS, Pola MPS, 1st PMFC, and PIT, all of Oriental Mindoro PPO; and RIU 4B.
“Ka Cris” is now being facilitated by the 404th B MC RMFB for debriefing and assistance prior to enrollment to the Enhanced Comprehensive and Local Integration Program (E-CLIP), police added.
