FORMER Ako Bicol representative Zaldy Co has released what he claims are images of suitcases filled with money that he and his staff delivered to President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos and former House speaker Martin Romualdez at locations ranging from Forbes Park to Malacañang Palace.
Co presented these images in Part 2 of his video message concerning President Marcos’ alleged order for P100-billion in insertions to the 2025 national budget. The release of these images is the latest development in the ongoing controversy surrounding the budget allegations.
