REPRESENTATIVE Jude Avorque Acidre, one of Tingog Party-list representatives graced the flag raising ceremony at the National Police Training Institute (NPTI) at Camp Brigadier General Vicente P. Lim, Calamba, Laguna last 22 May 2023.
On his speech, Acidre emphasized the importance of law enforcement officers in nation-building. He lauded the dedication of the uniformed personnel in the PNP and stressed that there is no greater honor than dying for one’s country.
Acidre also acknowledged the officers and personnel of NPTI for demonstrating the highest standard in training the new generation of police officers to become professional, trustworthy and credible members of the organization.
Some deserving personnel who contributed to the mission accomplishment of the institution were also awarded during the morning activity. Also present in the ceremony were top officials of NPTI under the leadership of Police Major General Ritchie Medardo A. Posadas.
The activity was well attended by over 10,000 policemen and women across different parts of the country.
At the end of the ceremony, Acidre assured the NPTI and the Philippine National Police as a whole of his continuous support from him and the partylist.
