THE Presidential Communications Office (PCO) said Tuesday that there is no plan to declare October 31 as a holiday.
“As per OES (Office of the Executive Secretary) wala plan,” PCO Secretary Cheloy Garafil told reporters.
Earlier, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. declared October 30 a non-working day as as the country holds the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.
November 1 and November 2 were also declared holiday for the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, respectively.
