Sarah Discaya of Alpha & Omega General Construction, Mark Arevalo of Wawao Builders Corp., Miguel Juntura of St. Timothy Construction Corp., Eumir Villanueva of Topnotch Catalyst Builders, and Sally Santos of Syms Construction Trading have all been ordered to appear before the House Infrastructure Committee hearing on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
