SPEAKER Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez and Tingog Party-list Rep. Jude Acidre lead the distribution of aid package under the Integrated Scholarships and Incentives Program (ISIP) for the Youth to 3,000 students beneficiaries at Alba Hall of the Leyte Normal University in Tacloban City, Leyte Saturday afternoon (June 29, 2024).
The program targets students in the tertiary and vocational levels who are struggling with financial issues.
The beneficiaries stand to receive cash assistance of six months free tuition and other expenses. Also present during the event were House of Representatives’ nine “Young Guns” lawmakers and other local government officials.
