A 40-year-old South African was arrested at the NAIA Terminal 3 in Pasay City early Saturday morning, after authorities confiscated more than 13 kilos of suspected shabu worth P92.2 million inside her luggage.
The suspected shabu was discovered hidden in improvised pouches made of packaging tape wrapped with carbon paper inside her two luggages upon her arrival.
