SIX of 48 MRT3 passengers were not allowed to board after testing positive for Covid-19.
The six passengers were subjected to random antigen tests on Tuesday morning, according to a radio report. The tests were conducted in four MRT3 stations — North Avenue, Cubao, Shaw Boulevard and Taft Avenue.
Those who tested positive were not allowed to board the train and were advised to isolate and contact their respective local government units.
Meanwhile, the number of MRT3 employees who tested positive for COVID-19 through RT-PCR has climbed to 147. They are now either on home quarantine or at a quarantine facility.
