THE University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is offering 44 free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) this year, covering a wide range of topics to inspire curiosity and personal growth.
Participants who complete the courses will receive e-certificates, which can be added to resumes as 16 hours of training.
