THE House of Representatives Medical and Dental Service (MDS) is determined to implement strict health protocols on July 25 to ensure the safety of all the attendees of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s first State of the Nation Address (SONA).
Individuals who will enter the Batasan Complex must test negative in an Antigen test, while those who will enter the Plenary Hall must present a negative RT-PCR test result accomplished not more than 48 hours before the annual big event.
MDS Director Dr. Jose Luis Bautista said he is confident that the SONA would be safe from the COVID-19 virus as long as everyone cooperates and ensures that minimum health protocols, as well as safety requirements are followed.
