THE Supreme Court on Wednesday confirmed that gun-toting former policeman Wilfredo Gonzales who recently pulled a gun on a cyclist, was a coterminous employee under the Office of Associate Justice Ricardo Rosario.
He was immediately fired from Justice Rosario’s office on August 27, or immediately after the video of the incident became viral on social media.
