THE Conduit Showroom officially opened its doors on October 18, 2025. The grand opening event welcomed an esteemed roster of guests, including the Paranaque City’s Honorable Mayor Edwin Olivarez, Congressman Eric Olivarez, and other prominent government officials and community leaders.
The event featured a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, guided tours of the showroom’s curated units, a scale model representative of the soon-to-rise indelible landmark, The Conduit.
Guests were treated to live entertainment, refreshments, and an immersive experience of The Conduit’s vision for modern design and creative collaboration. The event was supported by Abenson and partly sponsored by Adnos-CET, the general contractor of The Conduit.
In a message shared by SDCC Realty Corporation’s Chariman of the Board, Dr. Garibaldi O. Leonardo, he stressed that, “SRC’s role extends beyond developing land. Our true work is in building connections between aspirations and opportunities, between Filipino families and a better way of living”.
