SENATOR Ramon ‘Bong’ Revilla Jr.,expressed confidence that the Filipinos are “in good hands” with former senator Ralph Recto at the helm of the Department of Finance (DOF).
Presiding over the Commission on Appointments’ (CA) committee hearing Wednesday, March 13, 2024, Revilla said he is convinced that Recto is “truly qualified and competent” to lead the DOF.
“You have undeniably proven yourself over your years of top caliber public service,” Revilla told Recto. “We are confident that we are in good hands. Bawat sentimo ay katumbas ng dugo at pawis ng taong bayan,” Revilla said.
