Quezon, Bukidnon – A section of the Bukidnon–Davao City Road in Overview, Palacapao, Quezon, Bukidnon, collapsed on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
According to the local government, a “bao-bao” or tricab was found buried in the landslide. The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) and other relevant agencies are conducting search and retrieval operations for the passengers of the vehicle.
The local government is urging motorists to avoid the area and use alternative routes. Authorities are investigating the cause of the collapse and assessing the extent of the damage. The search and retrieval operations are ongoing, and further updates will be provided as they become available.
