TWO police officers have filed complaints against Marikina 1st District Representative Marcy Teodoro, alleging acts of lasciviousness and rape by sexual assault, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The DOJ stated that the complainants, whose identities are being withheld for their security, were previously assigned as Teodoro’s close-in security at different times.
One complainant alleges that Teodoro committed acts of lasciviousness during her assignment, a crime punishable under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code.
The other complainant, who initially served as the close-in security for Teodoro’s spouse before being reassigned to him, alleges that he committed rape by sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness.
