OIL firms have announced the increase of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) gas on Monday, the first day of 2024.
In an advisory, Petron Corp. said it will increase LPG prices by P3.40 per kilogram, effective 12:00 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 1, 2024.
“This reflects the international contract price of LPG for the month of January,” the advisory read.
Other firms have yet to make similar announcements for the month.
