MS. Nivaragua Shyennis Palacios is the Miss Universe 2023 out of over 80 delegates vying for the 73rd Miss Universe crown.
Palacios emerged as the new queen at the pageant’s final night in El Salvador on Sunday (Philippine time).
Thailand’s Anntonia Porsild won first runner-up while Australia’s Moraya Wilson placed as the second runner-up.
Meanwhile, Miss Universe Philippines Michelle Dee settled for a Top 10 finish after serving a fierce performance all throughout the competition.
She was also among the three gold medalists for the pageant’s “Voice for Change” video competition.
