UNDER Labor Advisory No. 23, Series of 2021, the following rules for pay shall apply today, December 25, 2021
For employees who did not work – (Basic wage + COLA) x 100%
For employees who worked – (Basic wage + COLA) x 200%
For employees who rendered overtime work – Hourly rate of the basic wage x 200% x 130% x number of hours worked
For employees who worked on a rest day – [(Basic wage + COLA) x 200%] + [30% (Basic wage x 200%)]
For employees who worked overtime on a rest day – Hourly rate of the basic wage x 200% x 130% x 130% x number of hours worked.
