admin May 10, 2023

MANILA Water Co. announced that some parts of Quezon City will go waterless for the schedules service improvement activities from May 15-19.

In its advisory on Tuesday, Manila Water said the affected areas from 10 p.m. on May 15 to 4 a.m. on May 16 are parts of Barangay UP Campus, specifically along Sikatuna Avenue.

From 10 p.m. on May 17 to 4 a.m. on May 18, the waterless areas are parts of Barangays Pinyahan and Central, particularly on Matalino corner Matatag Streets.

From 10 p.m. on May 18 to 4 a.m. on May 19, the affected areas are parts of Barangays Alicia and Sto. Cristo, specifically on Iloilo corner Ilocos Sur Streets.

The water firm advised residents in the affected areas to store enough water to supply their needs during the service improvement activities.

It reminded the affected customers to conduct flushing once water service is restored, by letting the water flow out for a few minutes until it becomes clear.
