SPEAKER Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez delivers his message during the blessing and unveiling of the marker of the newly renovated Municipal Hall of General Luna Siargao Island. Romualdez said the renovation of the building is a tribute to the strength and determination of the people of General Luna, who have come together to rebuild and recover from the destruction caused by the typhoon.
