The TWG will be headed by Committee Vice Chairperson Rep. Ana York Bondoc (4th District, Pampanga).
For consolidation are House Bills 367, 2533, 3048, 3533, 3604, 4762, 4828, 5553 and 5792 authored by Reps. Marissa ‘Del Mar’ Magsino, Lani Mercado-Revilla, Paolo Duterte, Oscar Malapitan, Ralph Wendel Tulfo, Ernesto Dionisio Jr., Samuel Verzosa Jr., Deputy Speaker Raymond Democrito Mendoza, and Rep. Gus Tambunting, respectively.

Representatives of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Justice, Department of Migrant Workers, among others, expressed support for the enactment of the proposal which shall lessen the financial burden of indigents seeking gainful employment to become productive members of society.
