TYPHOON Paolo made landfall over Dinapigue, Isabela, on Friday morning, prompting state weather bureau PAGASA to raise Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 4 over ten areas in Luzon.
The affected areas include portions of Aurora, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, and La Union.
Signal No. 3 is in effect for other parts of Luzon, including the rest of Aurora, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Kalinga, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, and La Union. Residents in the affected areas are advised to take necessary precautions and monitor updates from PAGASA.
