STATE weather bureau said cloudy skies and rain showers may be observed throughout the Philippines.
According to Pagasa’s weather forecast, Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora may experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are expected for the rest of the country because of the easterlies.
Flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of these weather conditions.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters may be expected over the northern and western sections of Northern Luzon.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:29 a.m. on Wednesday.
