THE weather bureau said Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao on Tuesday.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The whole country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Sunrise will be at 6:04 a.m., sunset at 5:25 p.m.
