SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon “HENRY” {HINNAMNOR} was estimated based on all available data at 355 km East Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (22.4°N, 124.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving Northward slowly. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.
