TWO independent contractors of GMA Network will face formal complaint filed before the Department of Justice (DOJ) by young actor Sandro Muhlach.
Muhlach accused the two contractors of sexual abuse after the Gala night by the network.
Accompanied by his father former child actor Niño Muhlach, the actor lodged a complaint of rape through sexual assault against Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz Monday.
Lawyer Czarina Raz, representing the Muhlach family, expressed confidence in the strength of the evidence against Nones and Cruz, who have consistently denied the allegations.
Nones and Cruz have yet to respond to the DOJ complaint.
Prior to this, Muhlach filed a complaint against Nones and Cruz before GMA Network and before the National Bureau of Investigation.
The allegations about the sexual assault incident first spread on social media, with posts alleging that it happened between a young actor and two executives following the GMA Gala.
