SJDM Bulacan most wanted, 21 more law breakers fall to cops

FOLLOWING the successful capture of one of Misamis Occidental’s Most Wanted Person and 49 other crime offenders in Bulacan over the weekend, some 22 more law breakers that include Bulacan’s Most Wanted Person (City Level) was arrested by Central Luzon police on Monday, March 14, 2022, Philippine National Police Chief General Dionardo Carlos announced.

Based on the report of Bulacan Acting Provincial Director PCOL Rommel J Ochave, PGen Carlos cited that seven persons wanted by law including a city most wanted were arrested in different manhunt operations conducted by police authorities of Marilao, Meycauayan, SJDM, Sta. Maria, 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) with the joint personnel of 301st MC RMFB3, 24th Special Action Company (SAF), PHPT Bulacan and 3rd SOU-Maritime Group.

Renier Aquina, alias Raynier Aquino, tagged as SJDM City’s most wanted person and a resident of Fatima III, CSJDM was arrested for Slight Physical Injuries while six other most wanted criminals were arrested for the crimes of Violation of RA 7610; Lascivious Conduct; Grave Oral Defamation; Qualified Theft; and Frustrated Murder.

The said wanted persons are presently under the custody of the respective arresting unit/police stations for proper disposition.

On the other hand, suspects identified as Garry NICOLAS of Antipona, Bocaue and Rolando dela Cruz, alias Rolly of Bagumbayan, Bocaue were arrested in an anti-illegal drug operation conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Bocaue MPS that yielded eight (sachets of suspected shabu, cigarette case and buy-bust money.

Likewise, Leo Bernardo of Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria was flagged down by the joint elements of Sta Maria MPS in City Land, Brgy. Pilong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan as an offshoot of their “Oplan Sita”.

Accordingly, Bernardo failed to show pertinent documents of the motorcycle and when he opened his pouch, arresting officers saw pieces of a small heat-sealed sachet.

Seized from the suspect were three pieces sachet of suspected shabu, motorcycle, and pouch.

Moreover, six persons were arrested in an anti-illegal gambling operation conducted by operatives of San Ildefonso MPS who were caught in the act engaging in illegal card game (tong-its).

Confiscated were sets of playing cards and bet money in different denominations.

Further, the day-long aggressive anti-criminality operations in Baliwag, Malolos and San Miguel yielded six law breakers: Four were arrested for stealing PLDT communication cable wires while two (2) others were arrested for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse Law) and Resistance and Disobedience; and Qualified Theft. Appropriate criminal complaints against the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.

“I commend the Bulacan police under the sterling leadership of Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PBGen Matthew Baccay for the relentless and vigorous efforts in implementing the PNP’s intensified campaign against illegal drugs, most wanted persons and all forms of criminality in Central Luzon. Lalo pa nating pagbutihin ang ating sinumpaang tungkulin sa ating minamahal na bayan at sa mamamayang Pilipino upang masiguro ang kanilang kaligtasan laban sa lahat ng uri ng krimen,”PGen Carlos said.
