THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) spearheaded the Region 1 Inter-Agency Maritime Exercise (MAREX) 2023 in the vicinity waters of San Fernando City, La Union, on Thursday.
They underwent exercise drills on maritime law enforcement, search and rescue, combating fire at sea, and marine pollution response.
