POLICE authorities in Bohol nabbed a man with standing warrants of arrest for allegedly harassing and posting nude photos of his live-in partner via online.
On March 8, the Bohol Cyber Response Team arrested the suspect, described as a 27-year-old male in Bien Unido town for violations of Article 282 of the Revised Penal Code (Grave Threats) in relation to Republic Act 10175 and the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.
Both cases against the arrested person were filed by his own livein partner—the alleged victim.
The warrant of arrest against the suspect was served through the PNP’s Oplan Tracker (PNP-ACG Campaign Plan against Wanted Persons).
“It is through the vigilance of the community and our advance tracking system that our police personnel were able to easily track the wanted suspect,” PNP Chief General Dionardo Carlos said.
