LIMAY, Bataan- Owing to decreasing number of Covid cases, the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) placed the entire province of Bataan under Alert level 2, from November 15 to 30, 2021 while the industrial town of Limay has now only 12 active cases.

The easing of protocol restrictions in our community proves that the cases of Covid in Bataan continued to decrease and that we will continue to follow health protocols to maintain the low cases of it).

In Limay town, Mayor Nelson David and Vice Mayor Richie Jason David gladly announced yesterday that the town has now only 12 active cases of Covid while a number of barangays have now zero cases of the coronavirus.

Among the barangays in Limay that have zero case of Covid are Alangan, Landing, Kitang, Poblacion, Reformista and Wawa.

The big barangays of Lamao, Kitang 2/barrio Luz and Duale has one case each, while St Francis has three and five for St.Francis 2.

Garcia appealed to those who have not yet vaccinated to avail of the vaccine to have additional protection and avoid the spread (of the virus) not only in the community but also to the families.
