ACTING Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez has ordered the cancellation of the driver’s license of the individual who intentionally hit a student in Teresa, Rizal.
Video footage shows the car driver deliberately hitting the student rider, endangering his life.
Lopez has ordered a search for the driver to permanently revoke their license.
The official also pledged assistance to the student’s family, including providing a lawyer to file a case against the car driver.
The Land Transportation Office will also issue a show-cause order against the driver involved in the incident.
