SPEAKER Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez leads the distribution of aid package under the Integrated Scholarship and Incentives Program (ISIP) to 3,000 student beneficiaries at the Leyte Academic Center in Palo, Leyte Friday (Aug. 2, 2024).
The program targets students in the tertiary and vocational levels who are struggling with financial issues.
The beneficiaries received cash assistance for tuition fee and other expenses. Present during the event are 241other district and party-list representatives led by Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales Jr., Majority Leader Manuel Jose “Mannix” Dalipe, Minority Leader Marcelino Libanan and other local government officials.
