THE pre-trial proceedings in the rape through sexual assault case filed by actor Sandro Muhlach against Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz continued today following the Pasay Regional Trial Court’s (RTC) dismissal of the accused’s motion to quash.
Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, legal counsel for Nones and Cruz, confirmed that both men have pleaded not guilty and will continue to fight the charges to prove their innocence.
Muhlach expressed satisfaction with the court’s decision, stating his intention to pursue the case to its conclusion. The case is currently assigned to Pasay RTC Branch 114.
