It praises its affordability and ease of preparation, making it suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. TasteAtlas recommends serving Tortang Talong with rice and either tomato or banana ketchup.
Among the recommended restaurants serving delicious Tortang Talong are Sarsa Kitchen and Bar in Makati, La Preciosa Restaurant in Laoag, and LZM Restaurant in Tagaytay.
Meanwhile, Japan’s Ajitsuke tamago took first place with the same 4.4 rating. Previously, Tortang Talong was ranked fifth on TasteAtlas’s list of the 100 best Filipino dishes in 2024.
