FOLLOWING the opening of the 20th Congress, Quezon City District V Representative Patrick Michael “PM” Vargas expressed gratitude to newly elected House Majority Floor Leader and Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos for his trust.

Inspired by his brother, former Congressman and current Councilor Alfred Vargas, the legislator seeks to continue a legacy of public service.
Having served as Assistant Majority Leader in the 19th Congress, Vargas reaffirmed his dedication, aligning it with the administration’s vision of pursuing progress.
