STANDING firm, united, and resilient, Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, Tingog Partylist Reps. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez, and Jude Acidre are actively facilitating the delivery of 21,000 relief packs to the Visayan Warehouse in Tagum City, providing crucial assistance to flood victims in the Davao Region.
In sync with President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr.‘s Bangon Pilipinas initiative for swift aid, these relief goods are funded through the Speaker’s personal calamity funds.
The Speaker and Tingog Partylist have also endorsed the immediate release of 30,000 relief packs from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), earmarked for distribution to support further those affected by the floods.
Highlighting his commitment, Speaker Romualdez has also endorsed the immediate release to different Davao districts of P150 million Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) from the DSWD, emphasizing a comprehensive commitment to aiding those in need in the Davao region.
