SPEAKER Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez and Ako Bicol Party-list Rep. Elizaldy Co turn over the P10 million reward to officers of the Philippine National Police on Monday (Feb. 26, 2024) for their efforts that put an end to the notorious Concepcion Criminal Group, which has been causing terror in the Bicol Region and other areas of the country. The neutralization of Gilbert Saysay Concepcion, one of the most wanted persons in the national level and leader of the group, will have a great impact on the peace and security of the entire country. Co said it has been his advocacy to give rewards to the PNP and the Armed Forces of the Philippines for every successful operation that will curtail criminal activities.
