President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. has declared that classes in all levels and work in government offices and public schools in NCR, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan, Zambales, and Bataan are suspended today, Aug. 23, until Wednesday, Aug. 24.
The suspension is due to the continuous heavy rainfall brought about by Southwest Monsoon enhanced Severe Tropical Storm Florita.
