THE Office of the Executive Secretary announced on Tuesday that Winston Casio has been relieved as spokesperson of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC).
Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin informed Palace reporters that Casio is currently under administrative investigation and has been ordered to provide a written explanation of his actions.
