A TOTAL of 10,483 out of 12,246 approved applicants appeared for the first day of the 2024 Bar Examinations on Sunday, September 8, held across 13 testing centers nationwide.
Supreme Court Associate Justice Mario Lopez, the 2024 Bar chairperson, provided the update during a press briefing at San Beda College Alabang (SBCA), which has been designated as the national headquarters for this year’s examinations.
He disclosed that the results of the 2024 Bar Exams are expected to be released in early December, with the oath-taking and roll signing ceremony scheduled for January 24, 2025.
Of the more than 10,000 examinees, over 5,000 are first-time takers. The oldest examinee is 78 years old, while the youngest is 23. The Bar Examinations are set to continue on September 11 and September 15.
