FORMER Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Assistant District Engineer Brice Hernandez has been cited in contempt, escalating the ongoing investigation into alleged irregularities within the agency.
The contempt charge stems from Hernandez’s alleged evasiveness and lack of cooperation during questioning related to flood control projects under scrutiny.
Adding to the complexity of the situation, Hernandez is also accused of using the alias “Marvin Santos De Guzman,” particularly when frequenting casinos.
While authorities are investigating whether this alleged alias was used to conceal financial transactions or other activities related to the questionable projects, Hernandez vehemently denies the allegation, further fueling the controversy surrounding his involvement.
