Atayde, Cajayon-Uy, 17 others face lookout order over flood control mess

THE Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) announced on Wednesday that it is requesting a new batch of Immigration Lookout Bulletin Orders (ILBO) against 19 individuals implicated in the alleged anomalous flood control projects.

Among those included in the new set of ILBOs are actor Arturo “Art” Atayde and former Caloocan representative Mary Mitzi “Mitch” Cajayon-Uy, raising the profile of the investigation. The ICI is seeking to prevent these individuals from leaving the country while it investigates their alleged involvement in the flood control mess.

The request for ILBOs is part of the ICI’s ongoing efforts to uncover the truth behind the alleged irregularities in the flood control projects and hold those responsible accountable.
