UPON the directive of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, along with Agusan Del Norte 1st District Rep. Jose “Joboy” Aquino ll, Governor Angelica Amante-Matba, Butuan City Mayor Ronnie Vicente Lagnada, spearheads the distribution of Cash and Rice Distribution (CARD) Program to 3,000 residents of Agusan Del Norte belonging to vulnerable sectors – the poor, senior citizens and indigenous people.The event drew a total of 63 District and Partylist House Members led by Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales, Deputy Speaker David “Jayjay” Suarez, Majority Leader Manuel Jose “Mannix” Dalipe. Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. also graced the event.
