POLICE reported on Monday the body of a woman found dead inside a motel in Cubao, Quezon City.
The victim sustained at least 13 stab wounds in different parts of her body.
Police Lt. Col. Mark Ballesteros said the victim was between 22-24- years old. She was found lifeless without underwear and lying in the pool of blood.
A maintenance boy of the motel discovered the body while cleaning the adjacent room.
“Habang naglilinis po siya ng mga bakanteng room, mayroon siyang nakitang footprints na may dugo, so sinundan niya, natunton sa isang kwarto,” said Ballesteros.
“Ang ginawa po ng room attendant ipinagpaalam doon sa kaniyang supervisor. Itong supervisor binuksan ‘yong pinto… pagbukas, nakita doon [ang] biktima.”
Investigation showed that the victim and an unidentified man checked-in the motel and hours later, the crime was discovered. Police are investigating the case.
