CJ Baldonado, one of the students injured when a piece of cement fell from a building on Tomas Morato Avenue in Quezon City on Tuesday, has undergone a successful operation.
According to the victim’s grandmother, CJ is in stable condition but remains under observation by doctors.
The grandmother also mentioned that the building’s homeowners association is already coordinating with them. The local government of Quezon City has also expressed its intention to provide assistance to the families of the victims.
