A CONTROLLED delivery operation at the Central Mail Exchange Center, Domestic Road, Pasay City yielded a parcel containing shabu with an estimated value of P5.1 million.
This anti-criminality operation was spearheaded by the Aviation Security Unit-NCR and Intel Operatives members of NAIA Iner-Agency Drug Interdiction Task Group (IADITG).
43-year-old Bryan Pagayan and 64-year-old Ferdinand Jimenez, sales agent, were arrested during the operation.
“This operation is a result of an aggressive intelligence gathering and collaborative efforts of difference agencies”,PNP OIC Lt. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr. said.
“It can be noted that Alternative Recording Device was properly used during the said operation adhering to the Rules on Body-Worn Camera by the Supreme Court,” says Danao.
The suspects and pieces of evidence are now under the custody of PDEA for documentation and proper disposition.
